Ronald A. Cieslak has been involved in hundreds of church and library projects throughout the State of Michigan. These projects have ranged from minor renovations to entirely new free-standing buildings. His extensive experience has allowed him to stay up to date on current trends and know the facilities needed to respond to those needs. Mr. Cieslak’s approach to design is centered around personally helping his client define their needs and help them reach a consensus as to which design solution best addresses those needs.
Steven G. Schneemann has worked on hundreds of projects in dozens of states and on 4 continents. His extensive experience includes secondary and higher education, commercial, institutional, retail and corporate work, as well as single and multi-family residential projects.
With over 30 years in the profession, Chris Willemsen has had the privilege of working on many projects ranging from industrial and automotive R&D, to commercial, retail, religious, civic, primary, secondary and higher education, and institutional projects, from the east to the west coasts of the U.S. Responsibilities have included everything from conceptual design through contract administration. In his spare time, Chris is an avid private pilot, musician, and lends his hand with multiple volunteer organizations.
Leah Klynstra holds her bachelors degree from Lawrence Technological University with her Bachelors of Science in Architecture. She is a member of Tau Sigma Delta, an architectural honor society and has received numerous design awards. Leah is currently pursuing her masters degree in architecture. She enjoys spending time outside on hiking trails and exploring local downtown areas.
Griffin Angeliu is currently pursuing his bachelors degree in architecture at Lawrence Technological University. He has received various design awards. He enjoys furthering his education and is passionate about design.
