Ronald A. Cieslak has been involved in hundreds of church and library projects throughout the State of Michigan. These projects have ranged from minor renovations to entirely new free-standing buildings. His extensive experience has allowed him to stay up to date on current trends and know the facilities needed to respond to those needs. Mr. Cieslak’s approach to design is centered around personally helping his client define their needs and help them reach a consensus as to which design solution best addresses those needs.
Steven G. Schneemann has worked on hundreds of projects in dozens of states and on 4 continents. His extensive experience includes secondary and higher education, commercial, institutional, retail and corporate work, as well as single and multi-family residential projects.
Leah Klynstra holds her bachelors degree from Lawrence Technological University with her Bachelors of Science in Architecture. She is a member of Tau Sigma Delta, an architectural honor society and has received numerous design awards. Leah is currently pursuing her masters degree in architecture. She enjoys spending time outside on hiking trails and exploring local downtown areas.
Griffin Angeliu is currently pursuing his bachelors degree in architecture at Lawrence Technological University. He has received various design awards throughout his academic career. He enjoys furthering his education as well as snowboarding throughout the winter months.
Dianne received her Bachelor's of Interior Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI. She was on the Dean's List every semester during her time at LTU, and her work was selected to be exhibited in the Fine Grain competition. She was born and raised in the metro Detroit area and is involved in her local church community. Dianne enjoys traveling and most recently spent time visiting Japan. She loves spending quality time with her family, taking her dog on adventures, and exploring the outdoors.
Kayla received her Masters of Architecture with Distinction from Lawrence Technological University. During her studies, Kayla received best student work recognition for multiple projects and was the first place recipient of the USGBC Detroit Student Design Competition 2020. Kayla is on the path to architecture licensure in the State of Michigan. Originally from Davison Michigan, Kayla enjoys playing the piano and spending time doing various outdoor activities including running, biking, kayaking and scuba diving.
