PRINCIPAL
Steven Schneemann
Steven received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and his Masters in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. He has worked on hundreds of projects in dozens of states and across 4 continents. His extensive experience includes secondary and higher education, commercial, institutional, retail, and corporate work, as well as single and multi-family residential projects. He has also worked as a Professor of Architectural design at Lawrence Technological University for sixteen years. He is a former mayor and has continued his involvement in the city government through his role on City Council. On the weekends he enjoys sailing and spending time with his family. He may also be seen shredding the slopes on his snowboard in the colder months.

SENIOR ADVISOR
RON CIESLAK
Ron received his Bachelors of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. He has been involved in hundreds of public and private institutional projects throughout the state of Michigan, with a focus on libraries and churches. His exceptional insight into the programming and functionality of institutional projects provides a firm foundation that allows him to turn his clients dreams into reality. His extensive experience has allowed him to stay ahead of design trends as a design leader who understands current and future design trajectories. Ron’s approach to design is centered around helping each client understand and define its wants and needs and then, together, then transforming those perimeters into successful parameters into successful designs.

ARCHITECTUAL DESIGNER
Leah Klynstra
Leah Klynstra holds her Masters of Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University. Leah's design approach is based on understanding the needs and experiences of clients to then inform the physical form of the space and its connections to surrounding context. She was a member of Tau Sigma Delta, an architectural honor society and has received numerous design awards. She enjoys spending time outside on hiking trails and exploring local downtown areas as well as experimenting in the kitchen.

ARCHITECTUAL DESIGNER
Griffin Angeliu
Griffin Angeliu received his Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and is currently pursuing his Masters of architecture. Griffin takes a client and context focused approach to design, considering the needs of the client as well as the enhancement of the surrounding community and environment. His projects have included work with the Farmington Downtown Development Authority to design various municipal and commercial projects within the downtown area. His commercial work also extends to the surrounding cities in the metro Detroit area. He enjoys mastering various new skills and snowboarding in the colder months.

ARCHITECTUAL AND INTERIOR DESIGNER
Dianne Schurg
Dianne received her Bachelor's of Interior Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. In addition to architectural design, Dianne’s work has included space planning, furniture specifications, and finish selections for private and public sector projects, including numerous public libraries. She is an allied member of ASID, and is currently taking examinations for NCIDQ certification. She takes a more holistic approach to design wherein the interior design is completely integrated with the overall architectural language. She is able to carefully orchestrate balanced solutions by understanding the importance of functionality when approaching a project while also considering variables such as social, cultural and environmental influences. She was born and raised in the metro Detroit area and is involved in her local church community. Dianne enjoys traveling and most recently spent time visiting Japan. She loves spending quality time with her family, taking her dog on adventures, and exploring the outdoors.

DESIGNER
JACOB LAMPI
Jacob Lampi is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Architecture with a Minor in Leadership at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan. Jacob is a detail oriented designer, focusing on creating genuine, rich spaces that allow for natural flow. He is a proud member of the Knights of Equity, an Irish Catholic fraternal organization. And was frontrunner for the University of Detroit Mercy Portfolio competition of 2022. When he is able to find free time he enjoys practicing culinary arts and rock climbing.
